Roosevelt Road Video is the creative work of filmmaker Cole Brakebill, based in Amarillo, Texas. Rooted in a deep love for storytelling, history, and the landscapes of Eastern New Mexico and the Texas Panhandle, my focus is on capturing the spirit of people and places through film.
My latest project, In Open Air, is a collaboration with Panhandle PBS, exploring the evolution of public art in Amarillo. From large-scale murals to hidden creative expressions, the series examines how art shapes communities and reflects the culture of the High Plains.
While documentary filmmaking is my passion, I specialize in all forms of video production—from corporate brand films to promotional videos and compelling visual storytelling. Whether it’s capturing the grit of the American West, crafting narratives that elevate businesses, or telling human stories that deserve to be heard, I bring the same level of creativity and craftsmanship to every project.
Beyond filmmaking, I’m grateful for a strong support system. My wife, Kelly, is a dedicated 2nd-grade teacher who keeps our family grounded while I balance creative work with a career in aerospace supply chain. Together, we’re raising two daughters, Olivia and Charlotte, in a place that continues to inspire me—where hard work and creativity go hand in hand.
At Roosevelt Road Video, every project is an opportunity to create something lasting, something real—stories that connect, inspire, and leave an impact.
